An article written by him, titled Calculation of Business to Business Potential Sales With Data from County Business Patterns and End-user Industry Sales Data, was recently published in the scholarly journal Business Economics.
Over the course of his career, he has been appointed to the U.S. Dept. of Commerce, Industrial Trade Advisory Committee for Capital Goods (1987-2018), and the Advisory Board of the Univ. of WI, Whitewater's Economics Department. He has also served as a director on company boards. He was the economist for two trade associations that represented manufacturers and distributors, at which he developed and delivered numerous statistical services for entire industries.

These models made it possible for companies to know what percentage of their potential sales were used by relevant end-user industries (customers) in each state/province and metropolitan statistical area.
